Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blackberries and raspberries
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice fresh
  • 4 oz club soda
  • 5 mint leaves more for garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  • Muddle berries and mint in the bottom of a glass.
  • Stir in lime juice, simple syrup and rum.
  • Top with ice and club soda (sparkling water) and serve immediately.
  • Garnish with a few more berries and a sprig of mint, and enjoy!
