Using the double boiler, place water into the bottom pot and bring to a boil.
Place the top pot on top and pour in the candy melts and add the tbsp coconut oil.
Using a rubber spatula, mix until melted and smooth.
Using a fork, dip a nutter butter cookie into the candy melt. Use the fork to flip it over.
Carefully pick up the cookie using the fork and lightly tap the edge of the pot to get rid of the excess candy melt.
Place onto the cookie sheet.
Repeat steps with remaining cookies.
Place two eyes on the Nutter Butter.
Place two red hearts for the antenna.
Place a red heart under the eyes for the mouth.
Let the cookies harden.
Once cookies are hard, dip the edge of the wing into the chocolate and place the wing into the crease of the Nutter Butter Cookie.
Hold wing there for about 1 minute for the chocolate to harden.
