Lay down pretzels or crackers on parchment paper.

Melt chocolate chips and oil in microwave for about 30 seconds.

Remove from microwave and mix the chocolate. If still requires melting add it back to microwave for another 30 minutes.

Spread melted chocolate on each pretzel/cracker. Add candy pieces.

Freeze or refrigearate for about 10 minutes.
