White Chocolate Valentine Haystack Cookies


  • 1 Bag White Chocolate Chips
  • 2½ to 3 cups of chow mein noodles
  • Heart Sprinkles


  • 1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips on the stove. Remove from heat.
  • 2. Add chow mein noodles and stir to combine fully.
  • 3. Drop a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture on a sheet of wax paper or foil. Sprinkle with heart sprinkles. Let sit for a few hours until the chocolate hardens. Makes about 15 to 20 haystacks. I made them in small batches – about five at a time, sprinkled them, and made more. That way the sprinkles would stick to the chocolate before hardening.
  • Store in a sealed container layering with wax paper!
