Summer Mojito Recipe

- 1.5 ounces White Rum
- 6 leaves Mint
- 1/2 Kiwi
- 6 ounces Club Soda
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
Cut a kiwi in half and peel the skin off. Cut one half of the kiwi into 3 slices.
Add mint and kiwi to a glass and muddle for a minute.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add rum and simple syrup.
Top with club soda.
