Summer Mojito Recipe

This summer mojito recipe has the fresh flavor of bright green kiwi and real mint. It's the perfect summertime cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces White Rum
  • 6 leaves Mint
  • 1/2 Kiwi
  • 6 ounces Club Soda
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

Instructions

  • Cut a kiwi in half and peel the skin off. Cut one half of the kiwi into 3 slices.
  • Add mint and kiwi to a glass and muddle for a minute.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Add rum and simple syrup.
  • Top with club soda.
