Strawberry Banana Sorbet

- 1 1/4 pound Strawberries Frozen
- 2 Bananas Ripe
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Allow frozen strawberries to sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Add strawberries to a blender and blend on high in 30 second intervals until there are no large chunks left.
Next, peel and add bananas then blend in 30 second intervals until well combined.
Add vanilla. Pour almond milk in 1/8 of a cup at a time. Blend in between until you get a thick but smooth texture.
Pour mixture into a metal loaf pan and place in freezer until solid.
Serve with fresh berries, bananas or even a dollop of almond whipped cream!
