Strawberry Banana Sorbet 

Enjoy this fiber-packed healthy strawberry banana sorbet when you are trying to cut out sugar and still want something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pound Strawberries Frozen
  • 2 Bananas Ripe
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Instructions

  • Allow frozen strawberries to sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  • Add strawberries to a blender and blend on high in 30 second intervals until there are no large chunks left.
  • Next, peel and add bananas then blend in 30 second intervals until well combined.
  • Add vanilla. Pour almond milk in 1/8 of a cup at a time. Blend in between until you get a thick but smooth texture.
  • Pour mixture into a metal loaf pan and place in freezer until solid.
  • Serve with fresh berries, bananas or even a dollop of almond whipped cream!
