Equipment

  • blender or emersion blender

Ingredients

  • 5 Tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup lime juice from fresh limes
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp jalapeños diced and seeds removed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend ingredients for 2 min until smooth.

Notes

Instead of measuring, I used about 5 diced tomatoes, the juice from 2 limes, 1/2 of red onion, 1/4 of a bunch of cilantro, and 2 jalapeños. I wrote out the measurements above to make nutrition calculations easier.
