Zucchini Egg Nests
Make a healthy egg in a nest recipe for breakfast or brunch.
Servings: 6 servings
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Slice the zucchini using a spiralizer.
On a prepared baking sheet (I used parchment paper), make 6 small piles of zucchini noodles. Leave a small divot in the middle to place each egg.
Crack 1 egg in each of the zucchini nests. Top with salt & pepper.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
