Delicious Kiwi Raspberry Chia Pudding Cups

  • 3/4 cup of fresh washed raspberries mashed (a few raspberries left whole for topping)
  • 1 Kiwi - peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of Milk Almond milk may also be used
  • 3 Tablespoons Vanilla yogurt Plus 3 more Tablespoons for mixing with kiwi
  • 2 Tablespoons of organic honey


  • Mix the Chia seeds with 1/2 cup of Milk, 3 Tablespoons of Yogurt, and 1 Tablespoon of honey, and fill about 1/3 of the container, and place in refrigerator to set.  (Overnight for best results)
  • Chop the Kiwi into small pieces and mix Kiwi, 3 Tablespoons of vanilla yogurt, and 1 Tablespoon of honey until blended. Mix in the mashed raspberries and pour on top of the Chia pudding, top with a few whole raspberries,  Enjoy!
