- 1 log Goat Cheese
- 1/2 pound Asparagus blanched
- 1 cup Grapes
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Nuts
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1/2 cup Olives
- 1 cup Dried Apricots
- 6 Deviled Eggs
- 1/4 cup Whole Grain Mustard or honey
- Fresh Rosemary Sprigs for garnish
Make The Roses
Slice the meats and/or cheeses in half. Lay the slices flat and slightly overlap them.
Roll the sheet tightly from one end to create a central bud.
Then, arrange additional slices around the bud, gradually forming layers to resemble rose petals.
Secure the layers with toothpicks as needed. Finally, shape and fluff the petals to achieve a more realistic rose appearance.
Arrange The Board
Place the Brie in the middle. On the brie round, place one round of babybel. Prop the other two rounds of babybel under the round of brie.
Cut and shape the goat cheese into two ears. Place the ears over the brie.
Arrange the remaining ingredients in a balanced manner across the board to resemble a garden. Fill in any empty spaces with rosemary sprigs.
