Equipment

  • Serving Tray
  • Knife
  • Serving Bowls

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Salami thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces White Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mini Mozarella
  • 1 round Package Brie Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Cowboy Candy In Syrup
  • 2/3 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Saltine Crackers
  • 1/3 cup Apricots
  • 1 slice Bell Pepper
  • 2 Olives

Garnish

  • Raspberries
  • Herbs

Instructions

  • First, with a cookie cutter, form a snowflake out of a slice of white cheese. You can cut out a star or just a small sized circle. Cut the rest of the white cheese into small cubes.
  • Arrange the brie cheese on a flat surface. Slice the thin white top section into about 1/3 of the circumference. Cut out small triangles to make Santa Claus whiskers.
  • You can use a wooden board or tray for the background. We took a tray and covered it with a napkin. Arrange the brie cheese. Add halves of olive circles – eyes and bell peppers – Santa’s mouth. From a strip of brie cheese, cut a strip of brie to make a hat brim. Cut the remaining brie randomly.
  • Cut the salami into half circles. Arrange the salami in fancy swirls so that the slices rest on top of each other.
  • Lay out salami in the shape of a hat. Arrange the snowflake pompon.
  • In two corners of the tray, place crackers in a red paper muffin mold. In other corners, place small glass rosettes with cowboy candy and apricots.
  • Arrange mozzarella balls, cheeses, nuts, herbs and berries.
