Holiday Mojito

Ingredients

  • 6 OZ Rum
  • 4 OZ Orange Liqueur
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Pomegranate juice
  • 8-10 Mint leaves minced
  • 1/2 Orange peel removed
  • 3 Cans Sprite Winter Spiced Cranberry

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add your minced mint leaves, and orange wedges.
  • Using a muddler tool press firmly the mint and orange together to create a thick like paste.
  • Add the fresh OJ and pomegranate juice to the bowl and set it aside.
  • For 10-15 minutes allow the flavors time to blend together in the bowl.
  • Add the mixture to a large pitcher and add 1⁄4 cup of ice.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Then stir in the rum, orange liquor and Spiced Cranberry Sprites to the pitcher.
  • Pour into ice filled glasses and garnish.
