Ingredients
2cupshot water
3tbspsweetened condensed milk
3packagesKnox clear gelatin
1cupBailey's Irish cream
1cupcold water
whipped topping
dark chocolate shavings
Instructions
Place two cups of hot water and three tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk into a sauce pot on medium heat on the stove. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
Whisk in Knox's clear gelatin until completely dissolved in the hot water mixture. Pour in one cup of Bailey's Irish cream and one cup of water. Whisk well.
Pour into the jello shot cups 5.5 oz (large) or 2.2 oz. cups (small). Place in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve top with whipped topping and grated dark chocolate.
