In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
Add marshmallows, and stir until marshmallows are melted and everything is combined.
Remove from the heat and stir in rice krispies cereal. Stir well to coat all of the cereal.
Line a medium rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper (or aluminum foil- if using foil, spray with non-stick spray).
Pour the krispies mixture into your sheet, and use a sheet of wax or parchment paper to press the mixture down into the pan. It doesn’t need to go to the edges, but try to have them in an even layer, about ½ inch thick.
Give the rice krispie mixture about an hour to set.
Use your heart cookie cutter to cut hearts out of your rice krispie sheet, angling them to get the most hearts that you can. Set these aside on a piece of parchment or wax paper.
Melt your candy melts in two separate bowls, microwaving on 30 second intervals, stirring well between each cycle.
Dip half of each treat in either pink or red melted candy melts, and then sprinkle with Valentines sprinkles.
Give the candy an hour to set, and enjoy!
