2baskets fresh strawberrieswashed, destemmed and chopped

1jar marshmallow fluff
1bag mini marshmallows
Chocolate pudding ingredients:
2/3Csugar
1/4Ccocoa
3TBSPcornstarch
1/4tspsalt
2 1/4Cwhole milk
2TBSPunsalted butter
1tspvanilla
Instructions
Chocolate pudding directions:
In a microwave-safe bowl whisk together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt.
Stir to add the milk.
Microwave at HIGH (7 to 10 minutes)
Bring mixture to a full boil. (stir every 2 minutes)
Slowly add in butter and vanilla.
Bring to room temperature.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to thicken.
Begin to assemble your jar.
Crushed graham crackers (bottom layer)
Chocolate pudding
Layer of strawberries
A layer of cubed pound cake
Marshmallow fluff
Top with mini marshmallows
Using your bakery torch roast the marshmallows.
Notes
*In the recipe below I have the recipe to make the chocolate pudding from scratch. While it is delicious it might be easier for you to make the chocolate pudding from a box. Either the cook and serve or instant would do the trick.
