Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Nuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend eggs together in a small bowl.
  • Mix together all of the other ingredients and slowly stir in the blended eggs.
  • Bake for 20-23 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Muffins work best using cupcake liners.
