Whimsy Wednesday Link Party 107

Hello and welcome! Well, we got through St. Patrick’s Day and I spent several days this past week searching my house for my wedding rings! Yes, I lost them. After a few days of them not showing up I had to do a massive search. It happened to be garbage night and with them still missing…I knew I had to search the trash…and that’s where I found them! I was in disbelief! Not only were they in the garbage they were inside a plastic cereal bag. The best I can come up with is that I crumpled the bag with the rings in my hand before I threw it in the trash – crazy! I still can not believe I found them at all! Relieved!!  That said…let’s move onto the party!

We shared and featured so many projects on our blogs and on Google+! Thanks so much for sharing in our link party…let’s do it again tonight…

  1. I felt my heart sink when I realized I left my wedding ring at the Watercolor Inn several years ago. I was on the road driving back to Memphis when it hit me. I called the hotel and drove back. My heart was racing. Luckily the ring was found and turned in. I could never share what happened to my husband. You were smart to sort through the trash. Things can wind up in the craziest places. Keeping your jewelry insured does take away some of the fear.

    1. Lucky for you, Beth! This was not the first time I lost my rings. I lost my engagement ring on another garbage night 10 years ago. Still sickens me. I hope I didn’t already respond to you…the days are a blur sometimes 🙂 Thanks for sharing your story with me!
