Delicious Kiwi Raspberry Chia Pudding Cups

They’re healthy, full of antioxidants, and so good you’ll want to make them ahead and keep them on hand for a quick snack you can grab and go.


– Fresh raspberries  – Kiwi  – Chia seeds – Milk Almond milk  – Vanilla yogurt  – Organic honey



Mix the Chia seeds with Milk, Yogurt, and honey, and fill about 1/3 of the container, and place in refrigerator to set. 



Chop the Kiwi into small pieces and mix Kiwi, vanilla yogurt, and honey until blended. Mix in the mashed raspberries and pour on top of the Chia pudding, top with a few whole raspberries,  Enjoy!
