A great way to repurpose pallets you may have laying around (or ones being thrown away). What’s even better is the pallets don’t have to be in perfect complete shape to reuse them for this garden hack. You’re going to be taking a few pieces off to allow for plant growth and planting anyways!
Have space that you can hang things from? These multi-tier hanging baskets are an easy way to grow and save space at the same time! Even better you can usually find a set of baskets in many stores for around $20 or less!
You can get a box of mason jars for a pretty reasonable price these days. Then all you need is the clasps and boards to adhere the jars to. Plant herbs that you use on a regular basis and watch them grow!
You can repurpose an old picnic table for this DIY. You will add your holes and put your plants in from the backside of the table. The key to using this setup is to use plants that need plenty of drainage after being watered.
Another great way to repurpose or recycle! These gutters can be painted any color to pair well with any outdoor theme or home! You will need to drill small drain holes on the underside of these to allow for water drainage.

Create more space within the area you’re working with by using this spiral design! Use height instead of width and grow your garden up!
So as you may or may not know, cucumbers need something to grow up in order to flourish. You can use a trellis or other makeup of items that allow the vines to grow and create a new garden for your cucumbers!
Plenty of old dressers get thrown out all the time. Have one that the kids have broken a drawer on? Now you can give it a new life and have it help grow food for your family! Find old ladders that can be repurposed or repaired to make this an even more frugal way to garden!
This is an easy and great way to use an entryway table that may have been damaged or has seen better days. It doesn’t take up very much space and you can rotate what plants you put into it.
