Modern Simplicity – A Thanksgiving Table
I love the unexpected color palette of this beautiful Thanksgiving table created by Maria Cooke of the Ritzy Bee Blog – designed for Southern Living Magazine. She likes to create an organic style table using both modern and vintage pieces.
The menu card is cut from a thin piece of linen fabric that is run through an ink jet printer. The centerpiece using cotton bolls instead of flowers give a beautiful organic touch. The thank you boxes are tied with strips of linen fabric with a card attached that reads “I’m thankful for leftovers.” Don’t forget to cover the kids with kraft paper and provide crayons – this will keep the kids busy.
