Vintage Luau Party Decorations

This Vintage Luau was a perfect way to say goodbye to summer. I thought it would be nice to have a softer color palette than the usual bright luau colors - pinks, turquoise and gold in different patterns helped to pull off my look. Hope you enjoy my Vintage Luau Party Style! I found fun honeycomb hula girl straws and party pics that I also used to decorate my wine glasses and cake pops. Lava colada drink 1

This Lava Colada - Hawaiian Luau Drink was a big hit at my Vintage Luau Party! This is my easy version of the Lava Flow drink, enjoyed by many while visiting Hawaii. While mixing each drink individually sound wonderful, it is also difficult to do when serving a crowd. I used premixed Pina Colada mix {including the alcohol} for the base of my drink. Then pureed a large container of strawberries that I poured from a pitcher to top of my drink. It is important to serve the pina colada in a clear glass and see the strawberry puree run down the sides - watch the Lava Flow! Of course, Read More...
