Relatively fast and easy DIY project with ADORABLE results. These ties are PERFECT for my daughter’s upcoming Harry Potter inspired birthday party, but they could be used as photo props too. All you’ll need is felt, craft glue, scissors, a pin and some hot glue. Ta-da!
