WOW – Rainbow Garland Party Installation
Yes, I am a little “hung up” on garlands these days, but this Rainbow Garland Party Installation is amazing. O Chickadee calls it an installation and I would agree. I would never want to take it down. What makes this so special is that it is made from multiple colors of crepe paper streamers in the same color family. For instant there are three colors of reds in the red section. Then there is the mix of homemade paper dot garlands adding to the texture. Truly magnificent! The crepe paper streamers are from Zurchers Discount Party Supplies.
