Essentially it is two ingredients and a little seasoning…can't get any easier! Great flavor too!   INGREDIENTS: 2-3 Zucchini 6 Medium Red Potatoes 1 tsp. Thyme 2 tbsp. If you have been to Epcot you know that they have beautiful gardens and flowers throughout the year!
